I am on my second pair of glasses made by Tura! The first frames vegan to come apart after about 6 months! Repeated trips were made to the ophthalmologist gluing the fiber back to the glass! Finally gave up and ordered the same frame because the lenses would not fit in any other! Second time I. About four weeks the nose pieces came apart and were replaced! We shall see what the next episode will bring!!

I ordered the Gwen Stefani GX collection frames and have had the worst time Tura being the manufacturer never has anything in stock. My glasses took forever to receive them due to Tura. Now I’ve sent them in to be fixed and they been on backorder for months as Tura doesn’t have them in stock. I’ve contacted them and there are no real answers just basically sorry keep waiting, kind of hard to do when you need glasses to see
