WARNING: Tunesona AI is Engaging in Bait-and-Switch Fraud
Do not buy anything from Tunesona. They are running a textbook bait-and-switch operation and actively lying about their own refund policies to trap your money. I purchased their "Lifetime Plan (Unlimited Credits)", but once they took my money, they capped my account at a miserable 2,000 credits. When I called them out, their support agent "Aurora" claimed that "Unlimited" doesn't actually mean unlimited credits, but just lifetime access to a limited platform! When I demanded a full refund for false advertising, the scam got worse: The iMyFone Slip-Up: The agent copy-pasted a template from a completely different brand, saying they only refund for "technical problems with iMyFone." Lying About Their Own Policy: The agent claimed they don't give refunds unless there is a technical error. This is a flat-out lie. As shown in their own official FAQ , they explicitly advertise a "30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied." Covering Their Tracks: They quickly altered their website's pricing page to remove the word "Unlimited" after I complained—but forgot that their automated email subject lines still say "(Unlimited Credits)." They are refusing to honor their own 30-day satisfaction guarantee and insultingly tried to offer me a 30% partial refund instead. This company is deceptive, their math is fake (claiming 2,000 credits equals 200 songs when it costs 20 credits per song), and they actively violate their own published terms.
