I have purchased this product and not been sent the licence code. It says it should be with you in 30mins. Its been 2 days!!!! So not got to test the full version to even have to problems before me are having. Regret parting with my money!

To bad I have to give it a 'Star' at all. I bought the Converter as I'd like to watch purchased itunes movies on a different platform. I've done everything they've said to do, tried numerous times to contact support. No Video. Just Audio. Totally Useless. Do not buy this product. i bought it, to make my vfx show reel. Tried to convert the movies from iTunes so i can add to premier to edit. It does not do anything! They took the money and the software does not do ANYTHING... DONT BUY

I strongly advise you to NOT buy anything from this company! I purchased the M4V converter product and all it does is convert the audio of an iTunes Movie, you do not get any video. I emailed Tuneskit support on this and the response I received was to download iTunes from somewhere other than the Microsoft web site. When I emailed them for a refund on the product I did not even receive a reply. A second email went unanswered as well.

I bought the app, 50 eur, and it doesnt work... Pop out windows, 1 track with multiple parts os the songs i wanted to convert, together. I want A REFUND. Don't scam people, they work their asses to buy things that hope to be usefull for a lifetime, and in the 1st use, it doesnt work. SHAME

Even 1 star it too much!! DONT BUY IT! Best Regards, Bella me: just a refund plz... then they tried to turn it all around, and suddenly i was the bad guy that "downloaded all the spotify music and then get refund"... (never heard bullsh*it like this in my life) they ended with "i have done all my work!" (like... ?....) my response: and why would i download all my spotify music? and then cancel... i add new music to my spotify all the time. why would suddenly stop the program? the main reason is that the program doesnt work as expected, it takes way too long, and logging in with my id and reg code also doesnt work, this seems like scam... and when i ask refund, as shown on your website, your "boss" doesn't want to accept it... as i told, this situation looks like scam... if there will be either no working login or no refund, this will be reported  (and took serious) looking forward tou your response ... concluding... they don't want to give a refund after all this useless emails, i'm still trying to get a refund. #nevergiveup but serious dont be naïve like me and just buy a spotify converter from another company, where at least they are honest! that's all i can say...

Terrible customer service. I was told that the Audio Capture software has a hidden feature that generates "insidious" unwanted popups. Be careful. I deleted the software.

Developer advertises the product as usable for mac computers, and even provides articles supposedly to assist you in setting it up. What they don't tell you is that they haven't updated the software for at least 2 years and that if you have done any upgrades to your mac os to keep up with other software in the past 2 years, their program won't work. They have a lot of negative feedback in the comments on their site, but all 5 star reviews supposedly (scam). Stay clear, even if they try to solve your issue with a windows key to avoid honoring their 60 day refund policy. What a joke.
