DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY, COMPLETE SCAM. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND IGNORED MY EMAILS. I REPEAT: DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY Have I made myself clear enough? Save your money and more importantly, save yourself from this anger of being cheated

Waste of money

Tunekit sucks the app didn’t work on…
Tunekit sucks the app didn’t work on ITunes. when you download the software it doesn’t tell you what App your purchasing. There is one for iTunes and one for Spotify. It’s like a card shuffle what ever card come out.So I got the one for iTunes. It turns out that Apple doesn’t share there music unless you purchase there music but it doesn’t convert it. Then you ask for a refund they tell you download the correct app before you buy and we will refund you for the other. It’s a lie. They want you to buy both. I’m thinking that by now half there staff got COVID 19 and there brains are fried. I’m better of just buying another year subscription to Spotify. Thank but no thanks

Dear Samuel, If you've bought the wrong software, we're willing to refund you after you purchased the right one, according to our refund policy. Sometimes we may recommend users to buy the bundle to save their money if they really need them. And, users also have the freedom not to choose them and only buy the one they want. DITTO: Couldn't fix my problem: ignored instead of refunded
Doesn't work. The support team doesn't respond and the refund is bogus. You are better off taking two $20 bills and lighting them on fire.

BAD SOFTWARE, DOESN'T WORK, SCAM COMPANY, DON'T BUY
Purchased and downloaded... attempted to use after registering, etc... NO SUCCESS. It doesn't work... period. Contacted the company and got an email reply from "Cassidy" that in order to be issued a refund, I would have to download another program, install it to "troubleshoot and debug" their software (as if I'm in their IT department), then send them error logs and etc. Obviously, I am NOT in tech support, so that is preposterous. This software is crap, the company is crap, and the customer service is crap. Unless you like paying for and owning crap, steer clear. One star is so much more than deserved.

never buy on this website it’s scam
I purchased this software to fix my IPhone 8. After multiple attempts of trying to use this software, which NEVER WORKED...I contacted customer service for assistance via email since they don’t even offer customer service by phone or chat. It took them 6 days to reply to my concerns!!! I wasted my time and money on this software and ended up having to take my phone to the Apple store anyway! The customer service is horrible. Not only did they not help me with the issue they didn’t even offer me a full refund as ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. That’s the least they could have done since there software DID NOT WORK ! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IT IS A SCAM!!! Below are all the screenshots with proof that their customer service is horrible!!!

Dear Carlos, Is your iPhone 8 been fixed now? Many users have used our software to fix their devices successfully. I'm sorry that you're not in this case. There are many reasons that may lead to the repair failure and we're not sure whether it's caused due to the hardware issue. Actually this is not an excuse. If you try similar software from other companies, they shall give no guarantee of helping your fix your device absolutely. Anyway, we will improve our customer service level and make you satisfied next time. :)

They wait until you spend hours…
They wait until you spend hours downloading and setting up to tell you nothing useful is included in the free version.

Hi Scott, Generally, there are some limitations when you use the free trial version. The trial version is used to give you a chance to test the functions of the software. You can buy a license code to make it a full version.
