completely misleading advertisement. it didn't help at all my iPhone, and it also corrupted my iPhone's hardware since it can't communicate with iTunes owing to hardware corruption caused by TunesKit

Made this purchase about a week ago directly off their website. It suggests that their converter works at 5x speed when in fact, it only works in 5x speed for windows. There's no mention of it only working in real time for Mac OS users. contacted their customer service where I got an automated response twice and then a seemingly semi-human response from a woman named Cassidy. They didn't look to resolve the issue even though I clearly expressed to them that I had a Mac computer. I explained that nowhere on their page does it say that the 5X only works for Windows platform. If I'd read that information I wouldn't have made the purchase. Told them that I felt duped out of my money and haven't heard back since.

I bought spotify converter 2 days ago and it doesn't work. They keep saying they fixed issue but still doesn't work at all. It's scam, i asked to get refund but they said i can't get refund even thought it clearly doesn't work. So i hope there will be no victim anymore and please don't buy it.

Doesn't work on macOS Catalina. Please read all the fine print before buying. They do have a return policy. However, they say not fully understanding the capabilities of the product before buying does not authorize a return.

AVOID - THIS IS A SCAM I bought the Spotify converter - didn't work - went back and forth with their support (Cassidy), even sent videos of the errors but eventually they gave up replying - they now won't refund me and just ignore everything. i'm having to go through my bank.AVOID AVOID AOVID

I purchased their spotify converter because the trial works great. They charged my card and said that my receipt and registration code will be emailed shortly... I had to contact customer service that had the audacity to tell me that I didn't pay for their services, even though they charged my card. I ended up doing a chargeback and moved on.

1. Can’t ‘quit’ the application or access most of the menu items - they are greyed out. 2. Can’t export any of the captured audio. 3. The ‘audio capture’ window seems to freeze. 4. Can’t access the ‘preferences’ as they are also greyed out. 5. Have to restart the computer or use the ‘force quit’ option to exit TunesKit. Overall just really disappointing as the audio capture itself is great but the program is just not working as advertised. Also check the so called 'refund' policy. No matter what you ain't gonna see a dime or a nickel back of your hard earned cash...

Bought a backup program to recover an iPhone backup. The program never worked as I couldn’t register my license. An error told I needed multiuser license. As recovering the backup was urgent I contacted tuneskit support many times but didn’t get a reply until almost a week later. In the mean time I bought the multouser license but registration didn’t work after that, either. Same error message was shown. So I simply didn’t receive the product and service I paid for. After this there has been weeks of steady e-mailing trying to fax the problem. usually Tuneskit answers half of them, and the registration/license fixing hasn’t been successful from their end. So I moved on to claim for a full refund. I declined the proposition to refund half of payments as I didn’t receive none of the service/functionality I paid for. After a few more refund claims Tuneskit just completely stopped answering my e-mails. I’m both frustrated and angered as my customer experience has gone from poor to ignored and refund is still (after 5 months time) not done. I strongly advise not to purchase from Tuneskit and also not to make any additional payments if they insist so. My next step is to contact my credit card company to proceed with refund. Also I will contact my legal team, if necessary. I won’t tolerate this kind of behaviour from service provider. I’m a man of reason and tuneskit’s actions really go hard against my principles*, so I’m willing to walk the extra mile to make this right on my behalf. *Simply: no service, no product providing, I won’t pay for it - proper and above service, product provided, I gladly pay for it.
