These guys are robbing liars. The software didn’t work for me so requested a refund within the 5 days (this was the main selling point that made me try the software out). I am now 5 months down the line with them and they just play back and forth with the emails hoping I give up and get tired. They only stopped charging me the monthly fee 5 months later!!! Each email just ignores the fact I requested my refund within the initial 5 days. Customer service is both shocking and highly immoral, I don’t know how they sleep at night. It is digital robbery. EDIT: In reply to your response I have been in a battle with your support team for months! They are either entirely incompetent or are playing dumb as part of a plan to ignore and dodge my requests.

I should have thoroughly investigated this software by reading reviews. This is a company of shysters. There is no integrity here. The software is NOT WORKING! There solutions is simple. Shut off my firewall and all will be well. Don't worry! It's perfectly safe. Customer service reps are out of their minds by making that suggestion. They will not refund my purchase claiming that I am not following their instructions, and until I do so, nothing doing. I suggest you locate a product called Audials. The software package is more expensive but does a whole lot more. And, and, it works! If you purchase this, you will likely be very sorry.

Terrible experience. Their app did not work and they refused to give me a refund when their site guarantees a refund in 5 days if you aren’t satisfied. Would never use again

Spotify banned 2 premium account of mine for using Tuneskit. Cannot recommend for this reason.

I used Tuneskit Music Converted software several times and I had my Spotify account disabled for allegedly violating their terms and conditions agreement. I called to have my account reinstated. The customer service was nonexistent. The software failed the first day and I asked for refund. They didn't respond until 30 days later and stated that it was beyond their 5 day return policy. If they responded in time, it would have been well within the policy requirements. Very deceptive approach to business. They just take your money and run.

I’d try and find a better converter out there if you can. I do fun DJ sets online (nothing too serious) but I do get a lot of people hanging out and listening in. One evening, one of the other DJ’s asked me to take their place last minute because they couldn’t make it. I decided to put together a last minute set. I downloaded Tuneskit and paid the subscription fee so I could download some new songs from Spotify. Big mistake! First off, download speeds for songs take entirely way too long. I have extremely fast internet and even downloading big games don’t take very long. Downloading one song takes about 5 minutes each which I find quite ridiculous. I ended up downloading about 15-20 songs real quick anyway and put them in my set. All of a sudden, the songs I downloaded, started playing a completely different song from it’s particular album, even though it was titled another (imagine downloading “Come Together by the Beatles, but it really playing “Here comes the Sun”, and then it only downloaded 1:00 ONE MINUTE OF EACH ONE. I was so pissed. Had to apologize over and over again during my set. It was pretty embarrassing, once I caught on that probably all of them were going to be that way, I deleted them from my set and just put others in from my computer. So a complete waste of $14. This app is nowhere near $14 for the kind of crap it provides. This app should be free at most so their scammy team can improve the program and stop cheating people of $14. Customer service is crap it’s probably some random dude… ONE GUY acting like customer service for everyone. Don’t get this, go find another program. And if anyone has any other suggestions, please send them my way!

okay so I'm not the tech guy. i have a dog ride a longboard have dreds so I bought a bloody iphone 11 pro max. well a little bout my tech background? DONT HAVE ONE so I hadn't realized the icloud thing is locked and i have been round and round so much I'm dizzy. so i found this little gem spent ohhhh say 5 hours litterly between firmware and everything power button all the fun stuff that would be part of the experience one mite i add was excited to be a part of. well now at 1pm 7/26/2021 I go to switch out my sim for 5g idk guess my now unusable 8plus isn't good enough and the little gem i spoke of finding turned out not to be NOTHING MORE THEN A PET ROCK(NO BOX) Ya dig? it says i already exceeded the amount of devises i can work with on the platform. you can check I'm sure i haven't done nothing more with anything then vomiting coffee(not from the program) sleep deprived and wanting to cry. I didn't cuz jane my dog thinks I'm tough so yeah no tears July is almost thru and i can ball my eyes out for a cane or stick and start beating...... sorry i get a little crazy sometimes WHEN I CONSUME TOO MUCH COFFEE trying to complete a task i seem to have fallen way short and I'm BEGGING for a chance to experience the program as it was meant to be. like the ad. And i give you my text typed that ill change my review to a much diff rating and statement. id buy the thing however im broke with a $410.00 black mirror.
