Tried several times with the free trial but it didn't work. However with terrific help from Cassidy, I have now successfully removed the DRM from all of the movies and music videos that I purchased over the years from iTunes. It is very simple although you do have to install an earlier version of iTunes(and uncheck automatic updates)to get it to work. I installed iTunes 12.9 and Tuneskit in my laptop rather than remove 12.20 from my PC. Very happy. Richard

I used the software to convert my Spotify playlist (856 songs) to .Flac format. It worked well BUT took a long, long time. Unfortunately, the software cannot speed up (rip) a Spotify tune, so it has to play the whole tune at normal speed and convert as it plays. As you can imagine, this can take forever with a long list of songs. However, I cannot fault the software otherwise, maybe the instructions could be better?

I am now a Spotify Premium user for several years. But if music for whatever reason (label contracts?) disappears overnight without any notification I get really mad. Then I was looking for a Spotify ripper and tried TunesKit. After a test I bought it and I really like the software. For me it works like a charm. Protip for people complaining about several problems: Use a premium account. Do not use Spotify on > any device < while using TunesKit! I uninstalled the iOS app and removed SPotify from autostart on my computer. Now I am able to have all the music offline and using the iOS Music app. Of course it takes a shitload of time to convert everything since it is converting in real time. I will keep my Spotify Premium subscription and rip the stuff I want. 4/5 stars because of limitations for playlist tracks (about max 150 tracks per playlist) and software not being able to handle already converted files.

Horrible customer support. Updates fail to install and several emails to support have gone unanswered. Stay away from this app. Waste of money. **Update* After another day I received a response and my situation was resolved. Upgraded to a better application that is working fine.

As I have an iPod Classic, I needed to remove the DRM encoding to be able to load Apple Music songs. So I bought the DRM Audio Converter for Windows. But when I tried to use it, all it did was load the songs, but wouldn't convert them. It literally did nothing. However, I contacted TunesKit support and they sent me the debug version of the program. Fortunately, this one worked perfectly. It's quite fast and I converted all the Apple Music files that I have. I would have given the product five stars except that at first it didn't work.
