Didn’t work for me.
I bought this program because my phone13pro was stuck with apple logo but unfortunately it didn’t work on my phone, I fallowed all the instructions given by the technicians but they couldn’t reset the phone so I had to take to Apple and was fixed quickly, however I lost all my data. Payment was refund in full. I only gave 4 stars because the program didn’t work for me, otherwise it would be 5. Good customer service, but it would be better if they were quicker to reply.

Hi Fabricio Pavoni, Many users have used our software to fix their devices successfully. I'm sorry that you're not in this case. There are many reasons that may lead to the repair failure and we're not sure whether it's caused due to the hardware issue. Actually this is not an excuse. If you try similar software from other companies, they shall give no guarantee of helping your fix your device absolutely.

Tuneskit converter
Tuneskit is a really good tool to convert form Spotify to mp3 or flac. It has a good interface and is easy to use. The unique issue i found is that it have a limit of tracks for playlist (100) and i cant change it.

Hi Euge, Thanks for sharing your review with us. The software can convert up to 100 songs once. So, if your playlist contains more than 100 tracks, please divide it into several different playlists. It still has a lot to improve
It still has a lot to improve, however for the suite that is very beautiful I give a good score

A good piece of software
A good piece of software. All functions are easy to use and not a steep learning curve. The resulting video is of good quality and rendering is quite fast. I especially like the crop function and the audio noise reduction which both give good results. Good value software.

Converting protected files for use in Practice
I have been trying to put songs on a SD drive to put into my amp so I can play along with guitar. I have tried several different approaches and Apple Music will not let be import them into the programs I use to play along. I tried the higher rated programs and chose TunesKit because the demo processed files lightning quick and it was very easy to use. The cost between the ones I tried was very similar and not a factor. Ease of use, speed of file processing and visual of the program sold me. Quality product resolved my issues that I was fighting with instantly.

Didn't work, charged a second month, resolved.
12/20/2020 Edit to say after several emails with "Cassidy" (and after writing my original review) I was refunded the second month I was charged. So...it might work for you, and if so great. If it doesn't work for you they will still only refund you 1/2 of the first month. At this point I'm happy to just get my money back for that second month
