TunesKitReviews of tuneskit.com

Biggest scammers ever. Paid for their fake iCloud unlock through TunesKit.com and it “failed” but they still took my money. No service, no reply, nothing. Whole thing’s a scam run by some clowns called STARZER TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. Bunch of thieves stealing people’s cash and hiding behind fake error messages. Don’t fall for this bullshit. Trash company, trash service, straight up scam.

Said it was free but after i downloaded it and allowed it to make changes to my computer… then it asked me for money before i could use. After all that.

After the latest update I started getting jittery video when editing. My computer was older, so I built a high end unit and after all of that I still have the same issue. I contacted support and have not heard back. very frustrating to go to such expense for nothing and now i have to learn a new program from some other company, which, by the way, every one I have tried works fine. tjshotrods..at..zoho.com A customer service number would be nice!

47 emails later... no 50% refund. This is after being told almost a month ago that the refund was processed and I would have the money in my account in 3-5 business days. Now I'm being told to contact MyCommerce.

Is this a real software? I see the same page, same software, same promises under 4 different names. I can't believe that they need to rebranding his own software to many times! this smell bad! Be careful, research a little more....

Misleading marketing! Very disappointed with this iOS recovery software. Only after you have spent ages downloading a file do they tell you that you need the paid version to perform any recovery. They flaunt a “Money back guarantee” if the software doesn’t work for you so you think, “What have I got to lose?”. However, although I quickly discovered that it didn’t work for me, they claimed that my problem is a “hardware issue” and therefore I am only entitled to half of my money back. How do they know it’s a hardware issue? They cannot be certain of this without examining the phone. To be fair, their support team were quite quick to respond most of the time. I have subsequently discovered that all of the functionality of this software is readily available within MacOS and their software is basically a pretty front end GUI. Cannot recommend as their marketing is a scam.

Purchased the iPhone unlocker software to bypass certain features on a device. Software does not work as claimed! They claim it should bypass MDM locks on iPads and iPhones - it does not. After reading reviews posted by TunesKit claiming other competitors that they are better with a list of 'pros and cons' for other competitor software comparisons. One 'pro' was that they are easier to get refunds from - this is a complete lie. Claims of a 'Money-back guarantee' don't exist. I'd requested a refund after trying to get the software to work which was my reasoning for the refund, "if your software doesn't work I'd like a refund", but instead you get the run around and avoidance to provide a refund. Even proving their software doesn't work with logs and evidence didn't even make a difference. Avoid TunesKit unless you want to waste your money on empty promises and no option to get a refund.

I can’t believe truepilot can have fake reviews too! Don’t use tuneskit it’s a rip off plus rather loose your data than put that out there for tuneskit so they can misuse later. iPhone 13 Pro didn’t work later they didn’t agree to give me full amount but I was smart enough requested PayPal and they sort it out for me. Tuneskit didn’t work and customer service was terrible. Hope no one have to go through this!
