My son is an indie artist and this seemed like a great gift idea to put the lyrics of my favorite song on a sweatshirt. I was unsure if they would even find the correct lyrics to the song I selected, but they sure did! All I had to do was give them the band name and song name and Tuneink did the rest! Although the product was beautiful (pullover hoodie) I reached out to customer support because it ran a little small. I wrote the e-mail in the early evening and by the time I woke up the next day, I had a reply and an instant resolution! Honestly the BEST customer service I have had in a long time!
