Ordered this for a birthday present
Ordered this for a birthday present. Was not aware it would take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. It said it had been dispatched but not from China. Really misleading and not yet arrived. Cannot cancel order so requested a return but the charge you a fee fir this on top is postage back to China. Buyer beware

I would have given 10 stars if I could
I would have given 10 stars if I could. I was worried about delivery to South Africa but we received our parcel in a week. A huge thank you to Tumama Kids, Yuntrack (who provided detailed shipping information and Buffalo SA for a swift delivery thereafter. All in all, I am so satisfied with my purchase.

DeaSubject: Order not receivedr [Customer Service / Name],
Dear [Customer Service / Name], Ten days ago, I placed an order through your website, and I still haven't received it. I chose to order from your site because it stated a delivery time of 4–5 business days, which has already passed. Could you please provide an update on the status of my order? Thank you in advance,
