Terrible customer service and deceptive practices. They do not honor credits, they make you jump through hoops by asking for invasive information (copy’s of your licenses and multiple “selfies” each time you contact customer service) mind you, this is a vending machine app and they’re treating you like a criminal before you even sign up. They also do not offer refunds like other reviews have stated. I would have continued using the service simply because it’s in my building, but I refuse to support a business who treats their customers like this. I will go out of my way to never sign up and purchase anything from them again. Convenient idea but terrible execution due to their policy’s.

They don't send reminders about auto renewals, and then refuse to give refunds. On this basis alone I would not use this company as that is a predatory practice.

Great service, comes in really handy. Application is sleek and responsive. Really appreciate their on-call customer service too - super quick to respond to any problems. Special thanks to Miley and Clara.

This is the worst ever service I have ever received. It is so disorganised and the studd there treat you with so much disrespect . Instead of trying to satisfy the client , they make everything hard for a customer to use their service. I just wanted to use one vaccum cleaner and they started require so much documents that make everything hard for you . One of the people who I asked for help was AAron.Never download this app or use this service. It is the worst ever!!!!!

Offers you a $10 free credit to join, and then if you don’t join within 7 days they never honour that credit. Even though their emails never state this! Contacted customer service and they “can’t honour it”. It’s literally $10 and you’re telling me you can’t apply a one time credit. Such a scam

I have been using Tulu without a hitch since it was installed in my building years ago. This year however proved challenging when the Theragun pro broke. When I complained, they advised me that they would notify me when the issue was resolved which took over 2 months. When I rented the new item they replaced the theragun pro with, I noticed it was a lot smaller and less effective. The retail value of the theragun they replaced it with it $159 while the previous gun was worth $659. Initially I believed someone in the building stole the expensive one and replaced it with a knock off because Tulu was still advertising the more expensive theragun. After reaching out to customer service they advised that the investigation was complete. When I went back into the Tulu app I noticed that they were now advertising the cheaper theragun however the price to rent it did not change. I would assume if you downgrade a luxury item the rental price should also be adjusted. After this experience, I don't have faith in Tulu as a luxury brand. It feels unprofessional and unethical that they would avoid replacing an item with the exact same item and then gaslight me into accepting a subpar product at the same price. I will be in contact with my management team.

They offer a free trial and then charge you when you terminate it. Read the fine print before signing up. I'm not even going to attempt to put in my credit card info. Complete and utter scam.

They are charges Just to charge ! I spent one-hour in the chat trying to understand and the only answer was,"there's a charge", but they doesn't know how to explain the "system rules" and where we can check before the service.
