Best ever customer service! The necklace is beautiful. I purchased it in remembrance of my son who died last year. I’m so happy to wear this necklace in his honor. I had an issue with the piece initially, after wearing it for a few months. I messaged the company, their response was immediate, and they generously sent me a new one without hesitation. I no longer had my order number but they were able to look it up. I’m so impressed and thankful for Tulsa customer service and the beautiful jewelry. You will not be disappointed with their product. 5+ stars from me.

My first experience with this company was amazing! Everything went so smoothly. Even through the COVID-19 pandemic, my order was processed in a timely fashion. It was packaged well, and even came with a convenient little measurement reference card. The jewelry I received was very high quality, and very reasonably priced. My experience was so good that I’m definitely going to be shopping here again! [ EDIT: or not, they no longer ship outside of the United States :( ]
