Tuesday crate is a rip off. I ordered some items online, supposedly coming to me from within Australia. I got a confirmation email. nothing else. then after I wrote and complained 4 weeks later , I got an email saying sorry, stock was held up in transit. Then I got an email saying the items ordered have now left Kuala Lumpur. Since when has KL moved to Australia? Nothing has arrived another 6 weeks later. So now when I email Tuesdaycrate...... I get no reply! I wonder why???? they are BS personified.

This website is a total scam. I placed an order in April and have yet to receive anything. Along with everyone here, I emailed requesting a refund and the emailed me back with a fake shipping confirmation. PLEASE! Don't buy from there

Don't buy anything from this company. They reply to your emails real quick but they give you an excuse worded quite poorly which made me get the ball rolling to getting my money back. I don't normally get tricked into buying items from companies like this but a schoolboy error on my behalf (NOT CHECKING TRUSTPILOT) First was my downfall. Don't go on their site is all I can warn.

I placed a order back in May,i still haven't received my order and the tracking number they provided doesn't even work. This company scamming people out of they money.

Ordered an item in April and have yet to receive it. No customer support other than a form letter asking for patience.

Just like all the other reviews, I ordered grass seed in MARCH! STILL have not received! Emailed probably 8 times! Received 1 response! With an "updated" tracking number.....says was shipped 4/24 and has been sitting in Canada since then?? Do NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will NEVER get your product!

Stay away from this rip off company

I'm with ALL the other reviews. Ordered on April 30th and all I see is it's sitting in Canada and their response is please be patient and here is a VIP20 discount for 20% off. They could give 99% off and I wouldn't buy another item from them.
