Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the additional offers presented after selecting a product may not be everyone's preference. These offers are optional one-time promotions that can be accepted or declined individually and are intended to provide customers with access to discounted pricing on complementary products. They are not required to complete a purchase. We appreciate your feedback regarding the checkout experience and recognize that some customers prefer a more streamlined ordering process. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your order took longer to arrive than expected. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the website easy to navigate. We understand your concerns regarding subscriptions. Subscription plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to one-time purchases because they are designed for customers who wish to continue receiving the product on a recurring basis. The discounted pricing is tied to the subscription option and its associated terms. We appreciate your feedback regarding the ability to purchase larger quantities at subscription pricing without enrolling in a subscription. Customer comments like yours help us better understand purchasing preferences and improve the overall customer experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the additional offers presented during checkout can feel excessive, particularly when your goal is simply to purchase the product you originally selected. These offers are optional and can be accepted or declined individually. They are intended to provide customers with access to discounted pricing on complementary products, but they are never required to complete a purchase. We appreciate your preference for a more streamlined purchasing experience and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Comments like yours help us continue evaluating and improving the checkout process.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding both the additional offers presented during checkout and the difference in pricing between one-time purchases and subscription orders. The offers shown during checkout are optional and can be accepted or declined individually. They are intended to provide customers with access to complementary products and special promotions but are never required to complete a purchase. We would also like to clarify that subscription pricing is discounted compared to one-time purchase pricing because it is tied to an ongoing subscription commitment. Customers who choose a subscription receive a lower upfront price, while one-time purchases are offered at the standard retail rate. We appreciate your feedback and recognize that some customers prefer a simpler checkout experience and more flexibility in pricing options. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We understand that results can vary, especially while you are still on your first bottle. Tstrive is intended to be used consistently over time, and many customers choose to evaluate their experience after completing a full bottle. We also appreciate your point about promotional material — individual experiences can differ, and we never want expectations to feel unrealistic. We appreciate you giving Tstrive a fair try and look forward to hearing your updated feedback once you have had more time with it.
