Then I would not mention the 90-day bottle at all. Instead: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. We take claims regarding missing items seriously. If you purchased a 3-month supply consisting of three bottles and believe that your shipment did not contain the full quantity ordered, we would like the opportunity to investigate. We respectfully disagree with the characterization that this is a scam or a bait-and-switch. If an order was shipped incorrectly, that would be a fulfillment issue that should be reviewed and corrected, not an intentional substitution of products.
