billing practices are deceptive .....billing after 2wks on a 3 mo supply for another 3 mo supply ,,,billing every 30 days for a 3 mo suupply,,, I emailed them to stop the subscription and support was impossible to reacn Stay A way from this company!!!!!!!

I did NOT sign up for auto renewal. I received today three bottles with 60 capsules each. I tried your on line chat and you wanted my credit card number ( no way) and sign up for a 65.00 fee. I cancelled my credit card.

Would give it 0 starts. Tricks you into a subscription and then they make you pay to get it cancelled.

I decided to try the product to see if it would help. Ordered a 6 months supply because they said it would take several weeks to notice a change. I had been using it less than a month when I was notified they had charged my credit card and sent another 6 months supply! I didn’t even know if the stuff was helping! The website was confusing, especially as to how to cancel. Turns out they had not yet shipped the stuff, but still charged me a hefty restocking fee. Believe me, I cancelled the shipment AND subscription!

They put me into automatic refills won’t respond to emails and gave a costumer service number that when called it rings they answer and then they proceed to hang up on you

1) Receipt states Free Delivery then charges $6 for "Priority Handling" 2) I ordered from only 4 road hours away and after 7 days no delivery so called in and per others complaints got a vintage "leave a message" recording v. real time AI assist 3) no call back also no response to e-mail 4) Track Your Order amounts to only "On The Way" versus industry standard details of Dates-Times-Locations-Arrival info. Googled response warns of all this with Wellanova. Good reason to beware a company that is not on Amazon. I was encouraged to choose Wellanova given an A+ Best of Ten review by a link from "Metabolic Integrity Group" but they have no contact info. Got a refund from my credit card co. for the Amla and with a few minutes got a mail from Wellanova that my subscription had been cancelled. But, like others, I never intended to have a subscription! They also refunded the shipping charge in a companion mail (these mails after no responses all day on order status per above).

i purchased 6 month supply and they now a month later charged me $178.99 and now they will not give me the full charge i wouldn't buy unless you watch your credit card for future purchases
