Trimi Health They are very quick to take your money but send you nothing in return. You will get several emails from UPS saying a label was created but that's all. Trimi refuses to provide a refund. Next stop for me is the BBB to attempt force a refund. Looking at other reviews for compounding GLP1 suppliers I discovered the FDA is cracking down on the compounded GPL1 stating their is no longer a shortage for name brand medication. Dont lose money ordering from any supplier. Name brand only now. Update: Received a UPS tracking number from the coumpounding pharmacy, VailsRx, that said a label was created. Another one. I contacted UPS and was told the package would be sent from New York. However, VailsRX is in Texas. Why are they shipping through New York? Are they attempting sidestepping regulations? The notice was created last week and UPS has not received anything.

What a horrible experience! The old cliche' "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". Definitely the case here. Don't waste your time or money on this scam. They took my money and never sent the product. Kept getting an AI generated response when I asked for updates or a refund. Influencers are endorsing this at the expense of their audience.

Save yourself the aggravation and do NOT do business with this company. As others mentioned the medication is not effective, I immediately noticed something was off and requested the COA, they actually sent it to me and the dosage (ml) and additive on the document was different than what was on my vial. I honestly don't think there was any tirzepatide in the vial as I had zero suppression and none of the side effects I normally get. The doctor, probably AI, just told me to increase the dosage even though the medication I was sent was not verified authentic or the proper dose. Of course they refused to refund me even though this is a major safety concern. I am disputing the charges with my HSA and reported them to the Texas board of pharmacy. I plan on taking this even further, this company should not be able to take advantage of people like this.

Beware. Do not purchase from this company if the COA is important to you. I have requested the COA and followed up on the request and here we are three weeks later still no COA and no follow up from the company. I am very disappointed as that was very important to me.

– No Transparency, No Certificate of Analysis I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Trimi. After using the compounded tirzepatide, I questioned whether the medication actually contained the amount of tirzepatide I was prescribed because it seemed to have little to no effect. It felt as though I was receiving nothing more than a B12 injection. I repeatedly requested a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to verify the contents and potency of the compounded medication. Instead of providing the documentation, I was met with excuses and delays. A reputable company should have no problem providing documentation that supports the quality and identity of the medication being dispensed. When patients are paying significant amounts of money for compounded medications, transparency should not be optional. The refusal or inability to provide a COA has completely eroded my trust. Until Trimi is willing to provide clear documentation verifying the quality and contents of its compounded medications, I cannot recommend this company.

I would never buy from this company again. I have been on GLP1s for a few years and switched to them because of cost and I GAINED weight. I can’t keep my weight off, I don’t think that they actually put the Trezepided in the meds I think it’s all B12! And I can’t cancel because I ordered a years worth! Stay away from this company!
