The owner, Casy, directly responds to customers' and prospective customers' questions VERY quickly (often within a half an hour). I've had responses via their website, email, text and Reddit (r/trillium). My experience with them thus far has been from January 19, 2026 through February 12, 2026. In terms of the medications they're offering, they are utilizing compounding pharmacies that are used by several other distributors, so there is no difference in the medications themselves. The customer service is what makes them stand out from the crowd. Interestingly, Trillium seems to have much faster ship times from those pharmacies than some of the other distributors. It's possible that the pharmacies receive the orders in batches and Trillium has smaller numbers of orders to fill and ship than the larger companies. If you're looking for better customer service and faster ship times, I'd suggest considering Trillium Meds.
