We signed a contract with Christian on November 4th of 2025 for $2500 under the premise that using his texting system, we would be guaranteed to receive 30 qualified leads in a 4 month time period which would lead to 2 guaranteed listings. This came with a money back guarantee. Unfortunately, after various issues with the system including a complete shutdown in December we initiated our money back guarantee on February 6th of 2026. We had a meeting with Christian on the 9th of February which led to us making an agreement that he would work at no cost to us so he could meet his guarantee and "not burn any bridges" with us. Lead quality continued to drop in order to try and increase quantity to meet his quota. The ai was doing such a poor job that I volunteered to manually comb through the supposed leads it was giving us to remove any of the ones that should not be classified as leads. On April the 7th, we attempted to initiate our money back guarantee again after giving him 2 more months to try and make something work for us. We communicated again on April the 13th as he did not respond. Instead of giving us our money back, he wanted to try one more technique that he said was a gamechanger for his ai system. He stated he would give us the refund back in full, and also let us use this system. On May the 4th, 12th and 14th we inquired about our refund which was still not given to us. He responded on May 15th saying he was busy tallying up the costs to us. On May 19th, 21st and 22nd we again asked for our refund to which he did not respond. He responded on the 22nd stating he would refund us half now and half later through his processer which would take 5-7 business days to go through which we accepted. We attempted to contact him on June 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 16th for a resolution which never came. Eventually on June 17th he sent half of our agreed refund to me via Venmo. We tried contacting him 8 times from July until August including sending a demand to pay letter which gave him 10 days to respond to the letter for our refund. He did not do that and we contacted him again stating that he had 10 days to pay the full amount or we would be taking him to court. Predictably, he did not respond, so on September 4th we began the process of filing a suit demanding our money. He even changed the terms of his website to get rid of his guarantees that he made to us, and also made it so there was no contract or retainer like he had with us to attempt to cover his tracks from anything like this happening again. Everybody reading this please be wary of Christian Rodriguez and do not be taken for a fool like we were. We don't want you to have to go through what we went through. He gave us 8 appointments in the 6 months. We gave him and his team members such as Sai and Caleb constant communication for improvements to be made, as well as logging every conversation we had with the leads they sent. So Christian, if you are reading this and want to dispute anything and to try and clear your name, we will see you in court so you can do just that.

Be very wary! I have no idea how this guy and his company is getting positive reviews. We reached an agreement on January 8th of this year where I would pay him $3000 up front instead of on a per lead basis and he would help me find both potential sellers and help me in my recruiting efforts. In 4 months, I had only 2 conversations with homeowner leads and 4 conversations with Realtor leads. Our agreement was that if in 4 months, I didn't have 2 listings and 5 agents recruited to my company, he would refund the $3000 or work without additional payment until I had achieved these goals. During the 4 months, over and over again, I received leads from areas outside of where I can service and I kept getting the run around as to why this was happening. It has been a complete waste of time and money. I would have continued to work with him if I trusted him but he lost that trust. On May 21st, he told me that he initiated the refund. It's June 5th, and I still haven't received the refund, the phone number I had for him no longer works and he refuses to return texts or emails. I reached out to the platform that he used for the billing and they responded that they have no record that he initiated the refund. I will be bringing a lawsuit and seeking damages.
