i payed for a rdp and they did not deliver me my product, BE CAREFULL from those scammers! they wont give you any product you purchase i hope they will get sued soon

I had an extremely disappointing experience with TryRDP. My remote desktop service was unexpectedly shut down for nearly two months, causing significant inconvenience.I tried to resolve the issue by creating a ticket and sending multiple emails, but there was a complete lack of response from their support team. After a frustrating month of silence, they finally replied, vaguely citing "issues with the government" as the reason for the disruption. They said the issue would be solved 1st of May and would compensate for the downtime, instead, they charged me a new bill???!!!! Based on this bad experience, I would not recommend their services.

This explanation does little to justify the lack of communication and does not alleviate the inconvenience caused. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable remote desktop solutions. Such poor customer service should not be tolerated.

Run without looking back. I was using tryrdp for the first time so when my server expired. I paid the invoice but there was no to complain because their support stopped. After waiting for fews days, I decided to request for cancellation and while I was waiting for it to be cancelled, I went ahead and ordered another service, they confirmed my payment but the service is still pending for over 3 weeks now. Today I spoked to a friend who was still using tryrdp. He advised me to create another account to purchase a fresh virtual machine since my account must have been flagged since I failed to renew immediately so I listened and created another account, after purchasing it, my payment has been confirmed, they even emailed my involve but my service is still pending just like the previous ones. Please always check reviews before using any of these rdp sites. Tryrdp are scamming people.

They're scammer, be aware I purchased rdp and after more than 24 hours still my order is pending, and their support team will never respond, please stay away from this scum website Update : this website is complete scam almost 1 month ago I paid for rdp and still pending they never gave me the rdp, and now I see they generated new invoice while my previous order is still pending, before you make payment on this scam website check their review don't get scammed.

Was fine in the past, but avoid at all costs. Support not responding anymore and no way to contact them. Server is already down for one week. Thankfully at end of billing period, just cancel it when you have the chance.
