Did not come from USA
Ordered 4/27, says 5-7 days for shipping. I received in 5/16. When I looked at shipping it came from China, yet company states they're based in Newark, Delaware. My packaging was atrocious, but said it came from Thousand Oaks, CA. Could not find anything on their site of where the product is made, a COA, or any third party labs done. Further research shows black walnut and wormwood can be extremely toxic to dogs kidneys/liver if the dose is wrong. Working in human medicine I know that dosage is not a one size fits all regimen. This is a broad spectrum of dosing based on weight. My dogs are my kids, and after further review I will take this money loss and will definitely not be giving it to my pups. Especially knowing that it came from china, no coa, and the toxicity that goes with wrong dosing.

Hi Heather — thank you for the detailed feedback, and I'm genuinely sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. Let me address each concern directly because they're all fair questions: On shipping origin: Pawsy Labs is a US company headquartered in Newark, Delaware (Elevator LLC). Our product is manufactured at a GMP-certified facility, and we ship worldwide directly from origin rather than routing everything through a US warehouse first. This lets us guarantee faster delivery for international customers, maintain product freshness, and significantly reduce shipping emissions vs. the traditional "ship to US warehouse, then re-ship globally" model. Many natural supplement brands (human and pet) do the same — it's standard practice for global D2C operations. On the COA: We absolutely have third-party Certificates of Analysis for every batch, testing for purity, potency, heavy metals, and contaminants. We just don't auto-display them on the site, but they're available on request — please email [email protected] and we'll send yours over directly. On packaging: Apologies if the packaging arrived damaged or in poor condition. If you'd like to share a photo at [email protected] or [email protected] we'll take that up with our fulfillment team immediately. On dosing safety: You're 100% right that weight-based dosing is a broad spectrum, not one-size-fits-all. The wormwood in our formula is standardized to 0.85% thujone (well below safety thresholds) and the black walnut is hull extract (juglone processed out, not whole nut). Both have been used in veterinary herbalism for decades at calibrated canine doses. That said, your instinct to dig deeper before giving anything to your pups is exactly the right approach. If you'd like to give it another look with the COA in hand, we'd love to send it over. If not, we honor our 90-day money-back guarantee — just email us and we'll process your return. Thank you again for the feedback. Genuinely. — Pawsy Labs Team 🐾
