I fear I have been scammed!
I ordered on 6/29/2026 the 30 piece kit plus some extra solution and molds for my daughter and had been anxiously awaiting the order. On 7/15/2026 I received a small package opened it up and saw a package of 8 molds and NOTHING ELSE! I assumed they just sent the extra molds separately ( which was odd) and my 30 piece kit would be coming shortly after that. Today is 7/25/26. On Tuesday 7/21/2026 I decided to check the tracking info which still said it was on its way(6/30) with no other updated info not even the 8 molds delivery I received on 7-15. So I then went to the website put in my order number and it shows my complete order has been delivered!!!!. I immediately hit the contact us button and there is only an email address so I emailed them and to date there is no response! The was another tracking number that showed the order did ship from China via YanWen and shows the 7-15 delivery date. The address in Wyoming that is listed on there website is an office building that can be used as a virtual business address, again there is no phone number, I paid $70 dollars and I would just like to receive what I ordered but I feel like this is a scam! I will reach email them again not from within the website and see if I can get a response. I was contacted by them yesterday 7-25-26 stating they will send me the rest of the order and I should get it within 3 business days ! I am hopeful!
