I chose the odorless garlic softgels because I really didn’t want that strong garlic taste afterward. They’ve been much easier to fit into my mornings than other garlic supplements I’ve tried. The bottle is also a handy size and the label is easy to read.

For me, this is a great product. Within the first two weeks I noticed improvements in stubborn rashes. By week four, all are under control. I will continue to take this since I live in central Florida where it is hot and sweaty for 9-10 months every year!

SCAM! Refused to cancel, shipped anyway, then refused the refund.
I placed what I understood to be a single, one-off order for a supplement. There was no visible option anywhere on the site to view, manage, or cancel a subscription. I only found out it was recurring after the fact.
I emailed to cancel immediately. Orgatics did not cancel it. Instead, they replied offering to put the order on "hold," something I never asked for and never agreed to as a substitute for cancellation. Buried in that hold was an unstated condition: if I didn't respond again within 48 hours, the order would automatically be released and shipped. I was never told that clearly. When I didn't respond in time, because I had already made my request and had no reason to think I needed to repeat it, they released the order and shipped it without telling me.
I found out only when I received a shipping confirmation. I emailed again immediately, laid out exactly what had happened, and asked for a full refund. Their response was that the order was "in transit" and could not be cancelled or refunded, and that I should wait for it to arrive. Their next reply was a copy-paste of the same non-answer, ignoring every specific point I raised.
Here's the part that tells you everything: their own shipping email promises you are "fully covered by our 60-Day Empty Pouch Guarantee" and that "you get your money back. Period." I invoked that guarantee directly, in writing, with no conditions attached, exactly as they wrote it. They ignored it entirely, twice.
This is an intentional tactic. They hide the cancellation path, downgrade every cancellation request to something else, attach a silent condition, use your silence against you, ship the order anyway, then use the shipment as the excuse to refuse a refund. Their own money-back guarantee turned out to mean nothing the moment I actually tried to use it.
I've now had to escalate this through my bank and multiple consumer protection bodies, something that should never have been necessary for what started as a single supplement order. If you're considering ordering from Orgatics, don't. Go to iHerb instead, you can get the same product for a better price.
