The best customer service of any telehealth service I have heard of. There messaging service says someone will reply within a day or two, but it is usually less than an hour.

Everyone as been extremely supportive and easy to get in contact with. They are very proactive and responsive. I highly recommend.

Love this team, there quick to answer any of your questions or concerns that you may have as well as guide you through the correct choose for you as an individual. I’m almost at my goal weight!!

So far, this experience with Measured has been great! I signed up one week ago, filled out the consultation and was approved easily. I wanted to try and get my insurance to cover it so I had to see an in person doctor to provide my height, weight and BMI. I submitted that documentation (from an urgent care physician) and was approved within 24 hours for Zepbound.

I’m super happy I found Measured & my experience so far has been great! Justin Allen is very easy to work with, super responsive to my questions or inquiries; same as the rest of the team.
