I first had an issue with getting my meds delivered. It wasn’t on measured it was the shipping company. Measured quickly resent meds with no questions asked. I then forgot to pause my membership and I was quickly refunded again no questions asked. This customer service has been the best I’ve dealt with. Very happy with Measured.

The team has been incredibly supportive and always available, making this a truly wonderful experience. I struggled to get this approved on my own, but with their guidance and persistence, I was able to secure the medication. It has made a tremendous difference in my weight journey and boosted my confidence — I’m truly grateful for their help.
