They are impossible to cancel with. They will keep auto withdrawal and not answer back. They owe me several months and cannot get a response. No phone number to call.

Highly pissed...they are a scam...definitely wouldn't recommend them...I reported to my bank to get my money bk...

They don’t know what they’re doing when they do this. They know that most insurances over 95% of insurances are not going to cover the medicine they sent me a prescription knowing my insurance was not gonna cover but a few dollars the medicine was $1004. I sent them a message and told them that my insurance was only a few dollars and that I needed a different option. It took them five days to tell me that my insurance which I already knew what I told them And they gave me another option. They told me I could pay 247 for medicine for three months and I said OK I’ll do the 247 three months then she goes in detail and tells me that is 247 per month and I said that’s not what you told me to begin with so it’s false advertisement lying people don’t know what they’re talking about and it’s just a gimmick to try to get people to waste their money I would not recommend this place at all and then I try to cancel my subscription. I’m told that they have to get back with me that they have to contact someone from their team and they will get back with me so it could be days before they get back with me and that’s money that I’ve lost from membership .
