Complete shit. Cannot word it more nicely. The mask literally hurts to wear, it was the biggest waste of money. Seen no results. Customer service is completely ignoring me. They don’t give a shit at all when you wanna return the item. Dont buy it!

It is a scam. I ordered it after reading some review from one blog. When the mask came in, it looks cheap and very uncomfortable to wear. I have contacted them to return it but was told that it cannot be returned as it was purchased at promotional price which wasn’t mentioned in their website. It was very disappointing purchase and total scammer. I hope people find this review useful and not make a mistake like me.

Agree with all the negative reviews here. I ordered the product with Black Friday in 2024 as it was recommended by "The Genuine Review" (also scam). It came in an un-branded box, looks cheap, super uncomfortable. I wrote to the customer service to return the product and was not properly assisted so decided to keep it to avoid losing additional money for the shipping. DO NOT BUY IT! I hope authorities will shut down the website and scam.

The device does not work, made a strange noise when trying to charge and will not turn on. States facial whitener on the label as someone else stated. No adequate instructions with it

Avoid this one. They are fake and product is not good quality. When I asked about return like they mentioned on their website, they said they won’t do return for promotion items but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their website. The product is like cheap one from China, not wearable on the face. I never used but I don’t think it will work either.

Never received product, was shipped to wrong address. Repeatedly reached out after months of emailing I was just told it’s my fault I never received the item. I’m just blown away, there is no way this is a reputable business. I was duped.

My Lumidermis Regenmask had electrical issues from the first usage. I tried to request a prepaid return label, which was promised per their website if the product had functional issues. I sent multiple videos that they claim to never have received. They refuse to pay shipping back to CANADA, which is super expensive. Absolutely a cheaply made CHINESE product. Customer service is trash. They will not send me a prepaid label. I have opened a dispute with my cc company. Interestingly, they have changed the wording on their return policy since I have been fighting with them.

AVOID like the plague. I wish I referenced TrustPilot before I stupidly bought the mask from this website. They even have fake blogs written by dermatologists that say this is the best mask for value. I also thought I was buying from a company in Canada and didn't realize it was actually in China. On a closer inspection of the website, there are typos and they've changed the language around returns. I will not accept delivery and have emailed the company but am not expecting a reply. I will take up with my credit card but STAY AWAY!
