Terrible crusty service. Reported how the color hardly showed , came off quickly and they returned 11$ oh the 65$ I was charged. Will never buy from them.again. Container holding lips broke , did not drop it. 90 days guarantee is BS DONT BUY IT.

This lipstick is very ordinary - pale colour which rubs off instantly. The real game changer, though, is the bitter taste. It does not feel safe to use. It will be going in the bin. Yet another scam product. I can only assume positive reviews are fabricated by the company.

I attempted to cancel order a day after ordering, but the response was that it was too late. The initial reason I wanted to return it was that the ad did not disclose that the lipstick is manufactured in China. And I am not satisfied with the lipstick since it does not last long at all as the ad promises. Further, it is not for mature women since it does not help camophlage deep lines on the lips.

I did not order this product yet I received 2 of these lipsticks yesterday 01/10/2026 my credit card was charged 29/09/2026 for $69.01. I did order the same product but a different name through Amazon 2 months ago these I received and paid for seems to much like a coincident to me. I am trying to contact Kivora to no avail. Since I have posted this review I found their email address and made contact, Kivora with in hours of me sending the email replied to me , asking for photos that I have supplied, I now wait for their answer . I am impressed that they contacted me so quickly. Will repost once I hear from them again fingers crossed 🤞

After reading the other reviews, I’m not even going to try for a refund~!! My lose…. Again taken by the ad telling me how great this product is. Took forever to arrive, tastes like chemicals and the taste never goes away. Also it makes my lip very dry and feel chapped~!!!

I was excited about a product targeted to mature women. However, I was very disappointed in the color and moisturizing. It was shocking to see my lip color transform to an unnatural hot pink! Not flattering on my olive-toned skin. I tried it for several days--it looked even worse in natural light.

I waited longer than it should have taken to receive the 2/1 offer. When it arrived, I used it right away to see what all the hype was about. The first thing I noticed was the taste -- it was so awful I almost lost my breakfast!! And, I couldn't get the awful taste out of my mouth! I resortèd to coffee, milk, then mouth wash to remove the taste; even a half hour later, i could still taste it. I need to find out how to get a refund for this nasty stuff!! Secondly, I was surprised at how easily it wiped off my lips after all the bragging about "all day coverage"! Granted, I wanted that awful stuff off my lips and the taste gone as quickly as possible. Bad, bad stuff!!
