This should reflect zero stars, but that unfortunately is not an option here. I ordered and paid for the Kivora product on September 28, 2026. As of October 11, 2026, I have still not received the order and I have not received any communication from the company as to when I can expect to receive the product. Their order tracking system is useless. In fact, my computer flagged it as a malicious website. I would caution anyone to not order a Kivora product. The only good part about this is that I have learned my lesson about ordering from ads you see on Facebook. Facebook apparently does not monitor or care about the authenticity of companies that place ads with them.

Never received product. Kivora said they had to do an investigation with shipping partner. In the mean time I am out money with no product. They would not reship until investigation completed. Disputed charges with credit card. Received full refund.

They send a lipstick with a different brand name Vanlyn Maydy and when I ask about it they ask me to send photos which I did and then they said they will send a replacement and then next email states order is fulfilled even without sending a replacement. They give you a runaround!

Ordered two lipsticks from Kivora. Packet was delivered by Evri but was empty. The packet appeared to be tampered with (I didn't bother opening it as the packet feels empty). Contacted Kivora support on 28 September, but the company has not even acknowledged my email let alone attempting to sort out the problem. Absolute disgraceful customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.

The advertising states full refunds within 30 days. They sent two for the price of one, only opened one lipstick to find it is absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised. When requesting a full refund they are saying they won’t refund since the package was opened when only one lipstick was opened to test and it was horrible.DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR FULL REFUND POLICY. This is a SCAM!!!!

I received email 8/25/26 that my product was out for delivery. As of this date, and many emails back & forth with support I have never received my product. I would warn not to trust this company

Disgusting taste and smell, it's just a pink ugly lip gloss, total waste of money, straight into the bin, at 55 I don't want bright pink lips, I wouldn't even give it 1 star, awful, awful, awful

I would give no stars if I could. These guys are rip of merchants. Tried to cancel order same day got ignored. Received item and they won't let me return the product i'm just being ghosted. I don't want this product. You can get it for 70% less on Amazon. Will be reporting this company. AVOID!!
