Just received two them. Both liptstick broke and ended on the floor! One of them was stacked on the case. The result has nothing to do with the ad since actually it just looks like a butter lipstick. Loss of money!

I received two of your lipsticks. I had one on my cosmetic counter and one in my purse. I tried them for several days and was not happy with the results. The color barely changed and lasted only a couple of hours and needed to be reapplied. My lips felt dry even though you state.It should be moist. I experienced a slight burning to my lips and then some breaking out. I decided I should not be using this lipstick.Because of the above mentioned reasons. I contacted you about a refund as you have a ninety day guarantee of satisfaction. However, I was told because I had opened them and used them.The guarantee was void I understand that used product cannot be resold.However , it could be returned for disposal. I was informed that the guarantee did not apply to opened products. However, how are you supposed to know if a product will work for you without opening it?And trying it? I was offered a 30% refund, but not the full refund. After several corresponding emails , I decided to accept at least the thirty percent refund rather than nothing at all. I do believe you have a serious flaw with your guarantee and future buyer should be aware of it.

I purchased 2 and got 2 free (paid $57.98). Only one of the lip stain (called Signature Lipstick) arrived in tact. The other 3 were broken off at the base of the lipstick and the tips of these 3 were smashed. I tried calling the phone number supplied and left a message 2 days ago. No one has responded. I just tried again and the line just went dead after dialing. I've since seen other reviews where no one responds to any support or inquires.

One of the lipsticks came defective-smashed at the top due to manfultion of the case. The other I used and it turned a super weird color of pink. The supposed "guarantee" turns out to be ONLY store credit ore replace if you PROVE it is DEFECTIVE. Yet if the color looks terrible, you get NOTHING back and get stuck losing your money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't trust them. I personally didn't like the formula either. But that was the least of the problem.

I purchased one lipstick and was told would get one free. Unfortunately it seems I received two fake products since neither has the Kivora name on it. Do not buy.

Buyer beware! The profile on instagram was made to look like a US company with predominantly white women in the images and with glowing reviews. The company is from China. Delivery took weeks. Every time I reached out, I got a spin and deflection. I assume that the reviews are made up and not from actual customers. The lipstick case is too large and takes up too much space in my purse. My lips look like an unnatural shade of pink. I never wear pink. I put it on about a half hour ago and my lips are already feeling dry. There is a bitter taste and my tongue went a little numb. I fear for what ingredients are. Petroleum? Something even more toxic? I don’t appreciate the scam of not being honest in the company location nor their customer service. What a waste of my money. I am going to request a chargeback from my bank. That’s the only way to rectify this as customer service only offers a very tiny refund. They do NOT get to steal from me in this way.

I recieved this lipstick, It says on the website refundable. That is NOT true. I paid 39.00 for this lipstick,it turns purple on my lips, doesn't stay on long and does NOT moisturize my lips. I tried to return it, They returned $11.00 out of $39.00? I would NOT recommend this lipstick or this company

First of all their 90 day guarantee is worthless. If you open the package to try the product it is voided. They only give out partial refunds even on unopened product. They deduct shipping, any promotions like if you got a free item, so after spending 35.00 you wind up with about a 11.50 refund. They let you keep the worthless product. The color bleeds if you try to get it anywhere near the edge of your lips and it comes off on anything it touches. A total waste of time and money.
