I purchased several of these and gave two away to family members (my mother & my adult daughter). I like the lipstick most of all as a moisturizer, because that's really the most benefit I get from it... and I can apply it without a mirror, whenever my lips feel dry, because there's no actual color being applied. The color aspect of it was kind of disappointing - it barely generates a pink shade, not much more visible than my bare lip color. But I can live with that. It was convenient to carry with me on my recent trip to Belgium and the Netherlands, when I only wore a small purse - I could whip it out on the train or while exploring, and instantly look slightly less "travel weary"! I'm afraid I can't recall exactly how long it took to receive my order, but I think it arrived pretty promptly.

I really like your product and use it every day. However, I noticed that, unless I reapply every two or three hours, my lips get dry and cracked.

I really like the color the lipstick gave me and the moisture, so my lips don't get dry. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't last very long.

Color is not what I like. It is pink, not a good color for me. It is also light, not good coverage like I expected.

I like the concept - the color was rather peachy - but I've been going through some physical things - once I'm settled down - we'll see better what happens - also the balm highlighted my smoker lips. Never had that before - I found it interesting.
