I bought a moisturizing lipstick that was supposed to provide the perfect shade for my skin tone. The site advertises a 90 day money back guarantee. The shade was not flattering for my complexion and the lipstick was waxy on my lips. They would not refund my money in full, only 30% back as a courtesy because I tried the lipstick. How else would I know if I wanted to keep it? Bad product, faulty advertising. Stay away from Kivora.

Terrible product. Color only lasts around half hour. Very drying. Took 3 weeks to arrive. The return policy is ridiculous. You can only return unused items. The address for the company looked like it was in US but had to go through customs.

Do not fall for the advertising. This lipstick is absolutely awful. It is advertised as a subtle, custom, pH-adaptive shade, but it turns a garish, neon, bright-bright pink that looks completely unnatural. Worse than the terrible product is their completely deceptive business practice. They claim to offer a "money-back guarantee," but they absolutely do not stand by it. When I requested a refund, they refused to honor their policy. Instead, they tried to lowball me by offering a 30% refund, and then bumped it to 50% when I refused. They will do everything they can to wear you down and keep your money. They are despicable. I finally had to bypass them entirely and file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP HORRIBLE LIPSTICK. Do not buy this lipstick. It does not work, it lasts a short time and dries out your lips. I ordered one with one free. They sent me 2 or 3 more and charged me - all in all it was over $80. The product is a scam and the price and charges are a scam. They say you can return it, but they wouldn't allow me to return it. They only refunded $17.50, so I lost out about $70. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP HORRIBLE LIPSTICK.

Don’t recommend this at all, it does nothing! Better with a pot of Vaseline. Don’t waste your money

Buy one get one for $30 plus dollars. Need to apply it every few hours. Not at all long lasting nor is there any color added to my lips. Sadly I didn’t check reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned. Beware.

Packaging does not match what is advertised. Watch the video that was going around about fakes and it said each lipsticks had its name and the boxes were secured closed, the ones I got were not securely closed . There is no name on the lipsticks. Doesn't stay on for long. Reached out to Kivora to tell them about the 2 I got. Emails and photos back and forth. They got back to me stating that they no longer have their name on the lipsticks, that goes against their be careful of scams video. Be very careful before you buy this product.
