Lipstick is garbage. Does nothing it claims to do. It does bleed. It does not moisturize. It does not stay on for hours. These are all lies. A complete fabrication. I contacted PayPal who immediately refunded my money. Then a few days ago, PayPal changed their mind. Literally said that receiving a product as “not as described” doesn’t go against their policies. In what world? Literally a joke of a product and a company. The only reason I used PayPal all these years is because of their incredible customer service, which no longer exists apparently. Don’t waste your money. There’s a reason the deals are so good. They can’t move product without a gimmick, because the products are inferior quality. Check Temu for the same item. Less than $2. You don’t have to wonder why.

This company advertises a color changing lipstick depending on your body's PH and they say it is hydrating, in addition to a refund if you're not satisfied. The ingredients they list on their website are false according to the ingredient list on the actual product. It is not hydrating and it takes numerous emails for their customer service to contact you. Then they tell you if you've used the product it's not returnable. How would you know you did not like it if you did not try it? In addition it smells and tastes terrible.

I ordered from, Kimora and believe I received a knock-off as it does not stay on and the color looks bad. I have had too many of these experiences with fake products and now have stopped ordering anything until I have read the reviews. This site has many bad reviews so buyer beware.

Absolute waste of money. You are better off using Vaseline! It doesn’t last very long on your lips either. I don’t usually get swayed by these ads but sadly I did. Don’t buy this product!!!

I ordered two and got two free. Took forever to receive the product. When I opened the first tube the lipstick fell out of the tube as it was broken. I put it back in and gently applied it to my lips. The color was not impressive and it dried out may lips to the point of peeling skin. I texted them asking for a refund and have had no success. They did say they were sending me another lipstick to replace the broken one. I said I didn't like it at all. Why would I want another one. I will pursue all avenues to get my money back including my Credit card company, B B B, and any other ways I can. This is a truly unreputable company.

Ordered this quite a while ago. I have not received the lipstick and now I receive a request to review the lipstick since “I have had the product by now”. I place this is scam catagory! Beware!!!

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered one get one free for $35.99 but noticed I was charged for 4 tubes totaling $60.00. I immediately requested that the order be cancelled. Although my request immediately followed my order, I was told it was too late to cancel. I received the 4 tubes of lipstick and tried one tube. I found the color to be unsatisfactory both in color and wear time. When I tried to return them under to warrantee I was told because I used one I could not return the remaining three which were in there original box and never used. This company is a scam, they do not stand behind there warranty, the product does not stand up and must be continually reapplied. Do not get taken like I did

This company sucks! I ordered the 2 for 1 for $27.00. One of the lipsticks won’t twist up. I have called, I have sent emails. All this company does is deny I ever purchased anything from them. Says we can’t find you in our computer. But, the can send me emails that I have $3.00 to spend before it goes away. Funny how they can send emails but can’t find me in the system. Do not buy from them! I believe this is a scam company.
