KivoraReviews of trykivora.co

I paid £32 for 2 lipsticks. AMAZON sells the same deal for £15 I tried to cancel the order 5 minutes after buying it. BUT they are so desperate to rip off new clients it was already shipped! Too send it back I have to pay the return fee. I have no interest in whether this is a good product or not. Their customer service is shocking

Parcel lost and never delivered. Probably not their fault. However have sent 3 emails asking how they will resolve this and reached out via their website with no response. Very poor customer relations

Buyer beware. Site cannot be trusted. Ordered a „Kivora“ lipstick was delivered a lipstick under a different brand name. Emailed their customer service email… they wrote back that About authenticity Based on your order and the images you sent, this appears to be your Kivora Signature Lipstick (Lipstick for Mature Lips). A few points that match our product: It is a pH‑reactive formula that develops into a personal rose‑pink shade within about 30 seconds. It wears like a tinted balm — comfortable and non‑drying — with an official wear time of 6–8 hours. Key actives include squalane, hyaluronic acid and vitamin E; the formula is vegan and dermatologically tested. About the packaging Sometimes outer or inner packaging does not display the brand name prominently. The quickest way to check the product is to try a small swipe: the shade typically develops within 30 seconds and the texture feels like a tinted balm, which aligns with the description above. If they cannot trust their supply chain about brand and packaging, what crap ingredients are in the lipstick? Do not use and do not fall fore the fake Facebook adverts that pretend to be a quality product…

several emails to say the product was not as shown no contact all all from Kivora

Not kivora, I received a knockoff. The box had a different name and the lipstick had no kivora written on at as the advertisement. The actual lipstick is just a glorified lip balm. Customer service non existent and no reply to my email. Save your money don’t buy it.

Firstly this took a couple of weeks to arrive. The colour is ghastly on me. It’s like a candy pink that a child might use for dress ups. Have been trying for a week to organise return ( of unopened one ) and refund but absolutely no response from company . Just another £26 down the drain. When will I learn???

This doesn’t work at all! No way of contacting them either. AND the BOGOF e mail I also fell for turns out to be a Chinese scam so I’m left with 1 lipstick which doesn’t work and 2 which were never delivered. ☹️

This gave me little color and made my lips dry. Bought directly from the company and paid way too much. Once you try product you can’t return it and customer service email doesn’t work. I would not recommend this product
