I received email that my lipstick arrive at my front door. What I found was a package containing an Ethiopian Bible! I sent photos of the package and Bible to customer service and they are saying that they have no indication my package didn't arrive correctly. I am beyond upset that they won't refund me or bother finding what their carrier did. Pretty sure the label was put on the wrong package.

Despite Kivora having taken £32 from my bank account (£27 for 2 lipsticks plus postage) I have still not received any confirmation email or lipsticks. Have sent three emails and have had no response. I should learn that if there’s no address or telephone number to call the company is a bit suspect! Very disappointed to be conned again.

Their money-back guarantee is FOR UNOPENED PRODUCTS. Yes, that's right. You can't get your money back if you use their product and don't like it, despite their money-back guarantee. Unless you're certain you'll like this one, don't order it.

I had no clue that this product was coming directly from China. I read several reviews and no one mentioned that. I will not open it and attempt to return it for a refund…if that fails, I will file a dispute with my credit card company. BEWARE!

I paid $38 for buy one get one free with a supposed money back guarantee. THIS IS A SCAM. When I attempted to return the product they offered me $10(!) since I had tried the product and it was now used. When I complained about their “guarantee” they totally stopped communicating with me. THIS STUFF IS JUNK FROM CHINA. BEWARE!

Be very careful! I purchased the Kivora Lipstick for Mature Lips, but they sent me a lipstick from a completely different brand. The lipstick they sent does not last on the lips and does not moisturize them as advertised. I contacted them to complain, but they told me it was the same product, just under a different name. I requested a refund and offered to return the lipstick, but they never responded again, and I am still waiting for my money back. I believe that if I see a specific product and purchase it, I should receive exactly that product, not something completely different. Customers should not be misled into buying one product and then receiving another one.

I thought it would be good but the color is fluorescent pink. I am 63 not 20. It just doesn’t look right on me. I just wasted my money.
