The lipstick was not the color I liked it went too bright pink so I tried to return it and get a refund like you advertised refund I bought two got two free I only used one in my correspondence they said that they couldn't refund the one that was open and they would only give me $11.25 returnable I think that's a bunch of bull as I was willing to send back all three unopened ones therefore I am leaving a bad review in every advertisement for this lipstick I can find I I'm so glad that I as I read the other reviews that their experiences with this company and lipstick was just as bad as mine

I disliked the fact that it dried my lips out and I had a white line on the top and bottom of my lips. I don't think I will be using this product anymore.

The lipsticks came quickly enough but the product bleeds into fine lines so not as promised. However, the reason I’ve thrown mine in the bin is it tastes awful. Definitely do not recommend

If I could use zero stars I would. I wish I would have read the comments before I ordered. I never received the product and have emailed several times. My next step is to contact my back and let them know this was a scam. Do NOT ORDER FROM this company.

I ordered the Kivora lip gloss and received Vanlin Maydy. Deceptive Bait and switch.

the color is transparent, more like lip balm not lipstick, doesnt really stay long as was advertised, might as well just get a cheaper product

Never received the goods and haven’t received a refund! The delivery company stated they had delivered the goods but where to nobody knows. Kivora apparently requested proof of delivery but as yet have not received one. This has gone on for a few months now and I have still not had any joy. When I have contacted Kivora, they take days sometimes a week to reply. I am a patient person but I have now had enough. I have requested a refund twice now with no joy! I will not be buying again from this company as their customer service is appalling and I suggest that anyone else thinking of purchasing from this company, think again! I am now wondering if this is a scam?? This issue has been going on since the beginning of July!!!

Note that this item is manufactured and mailed from CHINA! It appears to originally be manufactured as Kailijumei brand and sold on sites such as Alibaba and AliExpress for a few dollars. It is often rebranded under many names and sold on other platforms (Amazon, Kivora etc). There hasn't been any lab testing for harsh chemicals or trace metals.
