This product did not work for me: I asked for a refund which is stated on their website, but alas, you can't return hygiene products, even if not opened per their response. I was offered 50% refund which never came.. I emailed them again and they insist the refund was sent but it never showed up. This company is a scam... DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THIER PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!.

I received my order and after using a few times I did not find the product any better than the lipsticks I could buy at a comestic counter at a lesser price. When I contacted Kivora to return the second unopened lipstick I have received no response from them after 4 separate attempts. Kivora's customer support is non-existent and their return policy is a fallacy.

Nothing is wrong with you product. I've been in the hospital ever since I received it so I haven't had a chance to use it. Ask me again in a month and I'll let you know...

Don’t waste your money - doesn’t last

I did not like it i told you right away but nothing was done! Did not likt how it looked felt. Went on the color the price want my money back

Kivora representatives have not fulfilled my order correctly. I ordered 2 Kivora brand lipsticks and received Vanlin Maydy lipsticks and they refuse to send me the correct brand. They keep e-mailing me that my order was delivered. No explanation after many e-mails as to why they now refuse to respond with the correct order!

I ordered this product more than a month ago. It has never arrived. I’ve had 2 interactions w what I assumed was customer service. They apologized for the slow service. But the fact is I have never received the product. I started to think in was a scam but they advertise on several platforms and look legitimate. Very frustrating.

I am no longer interested in the lipstick. I have changed my mind about using this product. Please provide return information ASAP. Your prompt attention will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Frances Vincent
