I purchased 4 lipsticks buy 2 get two. One for me, my two sisters and my daughter in law. All of us are not big makeup people, but a little lipstick and mascara. I thought something that lasts all day would be great. Was i wrong. Without drinking or eating it did not last 4 hours. I would have been so upset to give this to my loved ones and it not work for them. So I tried it different days, different times of the day. Same thing. I have tried to request a refund purchased 8/23-recieved, 8/31, requested refund 9/7 still no answer. Very frustrating. Going to try PayPal for help. Like they say " To good to be true, probably is".

I was drawn in by a video ad on Instagram about older women being disappointed with department store lipstick options. I ordered a lipstick that came with a second one free and a mandatory 7.00 shipping insurance fee. 10 hours later, before my Shop app said it was shipped, I emailed to cancel the order. 2 hours after that, Kivora emailed back and informed me it was too late and I needed to reach out after the product arrived. 9 days later, via China, the package arrived I opened it and found 2 boxed lipsticks inside. The web site indicates 90-day satisfaction guaranteed or they will "make it right." I emailed them requesting to return for refund. Kivora 1st offered a 25% refund, then, when I declined, a 50% refund. When I declined that, they said I could not return the item for full refund as it would be unhygienic. I reminded them these were unopened, unused products. I have proceeded to grieve the charges with American Express. So, this may be a great product, but the customer service is all about Buy, BUY, BUY and not responsive to returns.

If negative stars were possible!!! This company boasts a 90 guarantee…it is bogus!!! I ordered a 4 pack - opened one which was broken, I still tried it and did not like the product. It stains and simply not for me. I have attempted to communicate with them seeking return instructions in 10 emails!!! I continue getting insane, illogical responses-clearly AI! They keep offering to send me a new lipstick…I have clearly stated I want instructions to return and a full refund…their responses continue offering replacements. Another frustrating SCAM company-with all these reviews, this should be illegal!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Would not recommend buying. Bought two lipsticks on a promotion. Package arrived timely. Opened one box and couldn’t separate or twist lipstick container (the top from the bottom) in order to get at product. Had to pry off the bottom half to get at bottom barrel to twist (and bottom half is now off lipstick container or else you can’t use twist up the product to use). Second lipstick malfunctioned similarly—you have to pry off bottom half to twist up product. I basically have two broken lipstick cartridges, four broken apart halves. Have pics. Easier to just see the problem. Company will not give full refund for a product that is defective from start. Find another lipstick with a working cartridge.

Terrible. Like Vaseline. Smudges. No staying power. The box has no color stamp. Each box is exactly the same! No color name on the box even though I ordered 4 different colors. Didn’t last after my first cup of tea! I want a complete refund.

Packaging and shipping satisfactory. The lipstick color, however, was truly awful, actually pretty garish on me. And it dried out very quickly. Worst, when I tried to return the items, they offered me a half price refund, and then wouldn’t send a return label. I would NOT recommend this company.

1st lipstick the bottom fell off. Then when trying it on the lipstick gel broke in half. Unusable now. 2nd lipstick, bottom of container stayed on but on the 3rd time of using it the gel broke off. I had barely pushed it up above the edge. It broke off at the very bottom of the gel. Unusable. Did like how it added color to my lips. Just defective.

The lipstick isn’t right for me. I contacted them the day after I received it, that I wanted to return it for a refund. I received no response. I followed up two weeks later and it took. Another week for them to respond. They said I could opt for 30% refund or Return and get 100% refund. I opted for return. No response. I resent my original request. It’s six weeks today and I received an email offering me a partial refund. No explanation. We’ll see if any refund actually shows up. I wouldn’t buy anything from these people and their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I understand that lipstick probably isn’t returnable, though they didn’t say. I received two lipsticks, one was “free”. I would happily return the one I paid $42 for to get my 100% refund.
