Both lipsticks had damaged tops. Broken off. I believe they shipped that way.

Buyer beware! There is no return policy!!!!unless you don't try the product So I am out 72.00 because they would not take back lipstick that I tried on and didn't like. Don't deal with them

Ordered this when on offer, boy one get one free. Delivery ok. When I tried it I gagged at both the smell and the taste of it. Emailed saying I wanted to return as not happy. Response was send a picture of items, which I did. No response. I’ve emailed again without success. They supposedly off a 90 day return policy if not happy. I am definitely not happy. Poor customer service. Do not recommend this product or company.

My order did not deliver & confirmation of the warehouse receiving it back was given. I told them the driver pulled up, said he had a delivery, looked in his vehicle, shrugged & drove off.I asked for a reshipment or refund( many, many weeks ago. They replied that they would prioritize a reshipment & provide tracking number. Many emails later NOTHING HAS ARRIVED NOR HAS A REFUND BEEN GIVEN.

The lipstick feels moisturizing at first but left my lips feeling dried and chapped. When I tried to use their return policy, Customer Service refused to refund my money and kept giving me non-answers. I do not recommend this product or company.

I purchased through the buy one get one ad on social media. Thought it would be nice to share one with a friend. What came via China was NOT the Kivora brand at all. I emailed to return the two unopened boxes for refund after sending pictures as documentation. The reply told me they would send out two lipsticks and I “don’t need to anything” right now. I would be notified of the shipment. That was Sept. 9 and it’s Sept. 23. I emailed again this week and no reply, no shipment. Stay away from this company.

The color shown in the advertisement is not close to the bright pink color on my lips. It is also dehydrating. I contacted the Kivora support to request a refund and a return label. They responded to my email requesting pictures of the product and packaging and said they were sorry that I did not like the color. The lipstick is NOT what was promised. It's awful. If they were a reputable company would be happy to send a return label and refund.

DON'T BUY from here. Ordered on August 30, 2026. I have communicated several times with customer service as the last update for tracking was showing on September 4th. It is now September 22nd and still no product, no updates. Customer Service continues to 'apologize' and stated they cannot refund me even tho I have not received product.
