I ordered and received four lipsticks. I opened one and tried it- garish pink- not suited to me at all. The ads mention a guarantee, so I contacted the company to get a refund. I was told that since I opened one of the lipsticks I couldn’t return any of them for “hygiene “ reasons even though the remaining g three were unopened. I was offered 30% refund. Still working to get a refund greater than 30%. Stay away from this scam.

I tasted a dreadful chemical taste. Lipstick did not make my lips feel moist and young but dry and colorless. I would be careful. There are many vegan lip colors - that give the mauve color some are looking for. Trust they will improve it. The case is showy looking. I expectted so much more given the hype.

Really disappointed the colour is horrid and I bought two of them! I’ve found it no better than wearing lip gloss. I was definitely taken in by the ad. As the saying goes there’s no fool like an old fool. Took forever to arrive but on the plus side well packaged and the product looks nice but I still wouldn’t recommend it.

The Kivora lipstick is a scam and waste of money. It claims to colour and moisturise lips. It does give a colour (sickly pink in my case) but significantly dries out the lips. Repeated application makes dryness worse not better. It also broke off on the first afternoon i had it. To be avoided !!! It also took over a month to arrive. I think it comes from China but advertising is cleverly constructed to make it sound European

DO NOT PUCHASE THIS PRODUCT! I purchased two lipsticks and only one was opened and tried. It tastes like gasoline on my lips and is burning my lips Cannot wear it. Have been going back and forth on emails with the company who REFUSES to refund my money, even though one tube unopened and they are "investigating" why the taste is so bad. It's because one of the ingredients is rancid and they refuse to stand behind their products. I have never had such a horrible customer service situation and would never purchase this product ever again.

The only reason I have even given one star is because it is the only way you can review Kivora at all! I ordered a lipstick costing £33 on 2nd September 2026; it STILL hasn't arrived! I have sent Kivora numerous emails complaining but they just send me the same "we are SO sorry.." replies plus tracking details. My order has been stuck at the same 4th September transit point and they keep saying they'll investigate and giving me a fresh date to re-complain to them if it still hasn't arrived. DO NOT BUY from this company - they simply cannot be trusted! P. Muggridge

this is a joke product: doesn't give any color at all on the lips only to get into the smallest wrinkles and STAY there giving a very bad look .I do not recommend especially that they do NOT accept return nor refund you .plus shipping added this is truly not a deal. horrible product
