The product really is amazing
The product really is amazing, my mood dramatically improved by the second day of taking it. The only negative experience has been with the shipping. It took so long that I thought I may have been scammed.

So far feeling some improvement
There are times I feel like this is making a real difference to my emotions and sleep but these benefits aren’t as continuous as I would like, keep in mind I haven’t yet finished a full bottle so I expect the effects to get better with more time

Due to having a Cortisol issue( lows…
Due to having a Cortisol issue( lows and highs) particularly at night I'm high, so sleeping can be a challenge. I purchased the Corti-help which I have discovered works better if I have 1 capsule around 12.30ish and 1 capsule before bed. I feel better and my sleep is better, but still waking multiple times a night.

It helped me sleep longer
It helped me sleep longer, 5 hours instead of 3 I started taking one tablet and I am now trying 2 with dinner

Corti-help
It’s early days yet, with this product, but I am falling to sleep much sooner. I’m only part way through my first bottle so hopefully I will benefit in other ways as time goes on.
