I was made aware of shipment and tracking at every stage. I have taken a loading dose of two capsules per night for two weeks and slept like a baby! My usual waking up between 1-3am has ceased. I Intend to titrate down to two capsules alternating days for a week and then to one capsule at night thereafter and see how I go. Very pleasing results. My daughter will be purchasing soon 😊

I’ve struggled with insomnia my whole life, as I’ve gotten older it has become worse, I am 52 and often have night where I am away for up to two hours. The first week of taking these I slept through the night, I’m now into my third week and while I don’t always sleep through the night if I do wake up I am able to get back to sleep much easier!

sleep is better . no nods in the afternoon have not helped with weight but hope th at comes with having more energy

As a fibromyalgia sufferer my sleep is very broken so I thought I'd give these a try. For the first time in a long time I am sleeping through the night and waking feeling refreshed, which is something I haven't experienced in a very very long time. I am still on my first bottle I take two an hour before bed and find myself falling asleep without the need to read for an hour.

Only tried last night and I slept really well. Only got up twice to use the bathroom. Usually lie awake for hours, then when eventually get to sleep it only lasts briefly. When the sample is finished will definitely be placing an order

I have been taking Corti- Help for a couple of months now. As someone going through severe stress on a daily basis and suffering anxiety for a very long time, I can honestly say I am feel less anxiety and sleeping better.
