This is the 1st product I've used that actually works for me. I've had years of insomnia, sometimes only getting around 4 hours sleep a night. My issue is getting to sleep, but right from the 1st day of taking these I am falling asleep quickly. I have just ordered another 4 bottles. I gave my daughter some to try, she has the same sleep issues I do and they are also working for her. I do wake up during the night but go back to sleep quickly.
