Have been taking this product for a few weeks now and am definitely seeing results. Much better sleep and I am not waking up at 3am. Have had a very stressful couple of years and this is really helping in dropping my stress levels.

Was bit sceptical about this as ordered supplements in the past and didn’t really notice any difference. Been taking these before bed and for the first time in awhile been getting a great nights sleep! I’ve been feeling really anxious, stressed and overwhelmed lately and these seem to have taken the edge off. I’ll definitely be ordering some more. Only negative is the delivery time as these are shipped from outside the UK so it did take awhile to arrive.
