I got targeted on Instagram with these and then went and read all the reviews on here to see if I should try them because I was desperate to make a change to my physical well being when nothing else has worked. I thought it was cheaper than another naturopath visit and all the supplements he would give me, so why not try it. I've not been disappointed and turned into a mini ambassador encouraging others to try. I'm glad I read reviews where people said it takes 4-6 weeks to take full effect because although I felt calmer pretty quickly it did take about 5 weeks before I had all the benefits .. zero bloat my stomach just doesn't stretch to bloat and pain anymore, better sleep not waking at 3am but more like 530 and the biggest one I literally don't get anxious anymore. My stress response is so even and calm even in situations I know mentally would cause a response in my body I literally don't get it. I don't get the rush in my heart or of nerves in my stomach my body literally doesn't react like it used to and rise in anxiety. As a result my stress response is less, my decision making and emotional response calmer. I can't recommend this enough. Perimenopause is the pits. I have not had a decent nights sleep in several years- until now. Day three and this godsend has changed my life without having to go down the route of HRT or menopause targeted supplements. As a bonus Im hoping it will help with the belly fat but so far isnt a priority over sleep. I have seen that delivery times aren't optimal so Im preordering and also buying for a friend I think will greatly benefit. I never want to go without this product. I know this product works differently for every one so here are the improvements I have noticed. For me it has been mood and sleep. I nolonger constantly wake up every hour. Once asleep, which comes easier I am staying asleep so now getting decent amount of rest. But the big change is my mood. I am calmer nolonger get irritated and find it easy to 'just let things go'. Even when things are going wrong and getting frustrated that feeling passes quickly and I am calm again where as in the past I could have an 'adult paddy' lol. I actually went through the menopause early. I was post menopause at 40. I have just turned 55 and this product has helped so can only assume will help what ever stage, age you are at. If interested I am 14 weeks into taking this product.
