I will admit that I was a little skeptical, but didn’t have anything to loose so bought it anyway. I love that I have been proven totally wrong. This product works so well. With a week of taking Corti-help, I felt calmer, was thinking better and the constant feeling of being bloated has subsided. Am looking forward to whatever futher improvement may occur.

I love these Corti-help supplements. My sleep is better, my mindset clearer and I'm back to my old (literally) self feeling rested and ready for what the day throws at me. I especially like the ease it gives from stress. Stress doesn't always go away but when something helps its levels be manageable, I really appreciate it and that feels good to share.

I had never heard about the side effects from high cortisol but realised that it was probably what I was experiencing. I have been struggling with menopause and sleeping. Hard to fall asleep & falling back to sleep when getting up at 3am. I have tried so many supplements in the past 5 years. I thought I'd give the Corti-help a go after reading reviews & a bit or research. So far on my first bottle I am sleeping so much more better & falling asleep after waking during the night. I've just ordered another 2 bottles.

After only 4 nights I noticed how soundly I was sleeping. Instead of getting up 4 or 5 times a night, I was only getting up a couple of times. That was a big improvement. I'm hoping to see further advances on weight loss.

I love this, there is definitely a change in my stress levels, my husband has level 4 dementia and I had level 10 stress. This does help👍👍👍
