I have just started my third bottle, and will continue as I have noticed a improvement in my sleep as my brain is not overthinking constantly.

I am on my 3rd bottle. I am 60 years old and was struggling to lose 2 kg to feel better and have my clothes fit better. I have lost a kilogram and I feel like my weight isn't just going to go up a kg on the scales for no reason at all. Which is what it was doing. It made me feel out of control in that way which I no longer feel. My belly is a little flatter and my face is definitely not puffy at times anymore.
