The supplement did take too long to arrive - I had started to wonder what was happening. I do think it is quite good, though, works quite gently and only if symptoms are not extreme, but quite helpful in managing the condition.

Worth trying out
Like some other reviews it did take a while to arrive and was a bit surprised it was coming from China.
Since taking the tablets I have slept better and I feel they have helped me cope with some challenges I am facing.
I don’t feel like it’s helped me lose weight like I have seen in some reviews however because I do feel it’s helping me sleep and cope better I will be buying again.
If you are feeling stress or need a better sleep I would recommend trying these out.

Slow shipping but supplements great!
A few issues with the shipping (returned to warehouse halfway through), but customer support was really helpful and quick to respond. Got a replacement sent out straight away and to my new address which was great.
Loving the supplement so far! It’s been about 2 weeks and noticeably see a difference hormonally and physically.
Already recommended to someone at work.

Shipping takes a while
Shipping takes a while, I was worried I’d been scammed. But product arrived safely, perhaps it’s the process through customs which takes its time. I have certainly noticed an improvement in sleep and mood since commencing. When feeling a more stressed I will take two as per directions. As per another review I felt it was a bit hit and miss hence taking the second tablet when feeling higher stresses. Happy with this product and the results.

Yes, unfortunately, there were some shipping delays as we were dealing with a logistics company that wasn't ready for the unprecedented growth that we've been experiencing.
However, we've now shifted fulfillment teams that can facilitate our growth, which means there should be a much faster and smoother delivery process. We appreciate your patience so much on this as we know it can be frustrating for you (and us as it's totally out of our control haha).
So glad to hear the positive experience you're having! It really makes our day here at the office, we are a totally mission-driven company, so this feedback is what really keeps us striving to make more of an impact.
If you're noticing it's a bit hit and miss some nights, we definitely recommend increasing the dosage to two capsules per evening. One capsule is the lower end of the clinical strength, and two capsules is the higher end of the clinical strength.
So, it may be more beneficial if you increase the dosage to 2 per evening. This should expedite the process of cortisol levels balancing, neurotransmitter production, and much more. Which in turn will aid with sleep, anxiety and mood - not to mention your body being able to heal and repair itself as it should.
After you're noticing super consistent results, you can choose to just drop back to one capsule per evening for maintenance and increase to two on days where you're experiencing higher stress.

Less anxious and sleeping a little better
Took ages to arrive with my first order getting lost but they were amazing and helpful and sent me a replacement order which also took a while getting here. Been taking them for 3 weeks now seem to be less anxious and sleeping a little better. Haven’t notice a great difference yet. Maybe another week or so.

We have been growing extremely fast, which unfortunately put a lot of pressure on the fulfilment team and they were not actually ready to meet that demand.
I'm very happy to share now though that we have actually completely shifted over to a new fulfilment team, and I highly doubt there will be as many lost orders moving forward.
If they do happen, it will be on the very rare occasion.
Irrespective, I'm just over the moon that you've had a great experience and are feeling less anxious and sleeping a little better. Please stay consistent, and the results will compound even further over time, when your cortisol levels have been balanced for a sustained period.

Works well enough…
Took a while to arrive and I hadnt realised they were coming directly from china. I took double dose ( as indicated ok for periods of high stress) and it has helped me sleep better, although often still only getting 6 hours and waking several times, i do feel more refreshed and it has helped me break out of a cycle of increasing anxiety and exhaustion.

Yes, they are temporarily coming out of Asia. That's just due to logistics purposes as we're selling globally to the UK, US, Australia, and Canada at the same time. So we needed to choose a central shipping point while we manage this unprecedented growth.
We'll be moving over to a different fulfillment and logistics company soon. Not sure what facility we'll be shipping out of, but not sure if it'll be out of Asia anymore.
So, so glad to hear that it's helping. Please stay consistent taking two every night for a couple of months will do wonders once your cortisol levels are truly balanced.
Also, if you're looking for stronger sleep support, we've been developing a product for over 12 months, and it's still a few months off being complete. But it's almost perfect, and when it is, we think you'll love that.

After a few days of taking the capsule…
After a few days of taking the capsule at night a couple of hours before bed I slept much better and woke up feeling refreshed. Felt calmer and more motivated and decreased muscle pain. Overall feeling much brighter.
