They take your money and run
They sent the lashes which were defective. No response to emails and submitted help forms to assist with return or exchange. They took my money, sent a defective product, and ran. Don’t buy.

Shady business practices
What a nightmare. I ordered the product, never received it and was contacted only after I disputed the charge on my card. THEN, even though I explicitly asked them to cancel the order, they went ahead and shipped it and now I have to go to the trouble of returning it or I'm a thief. What a terrible way to do business.

Good concept, poor execution
The concept is really good, but the nail polish is way too thick to get an even layer. I’ve tried less product, more product, and it just didn’t work out for me. The remover burns a little on the nail bed, and still doesn’t remove the gel polish very easily. All in all, I don’t recommend it to any of my friends…

Dispute the charge if you got scammed
Took my money and never shipped a product. The customer support email on their active website was shut down and undeliverable. Those of you that were charged and never got a product, dispute the charge with your credit card company. They will do a chargeback. Once my they received that chargeback I miraculously got an email from someone asking me to drop the dispute and they will give me my money back.

No response and order not shipped
Placed my order June 19. Sent an email June 26 asking for order status. As of today, June 29 I have not heard back. Feeling like I got scammed.

Took my money
I believe this company could improve if they would just ship my product after taking my money. Either this is a total scam or I'm just the most unlucky person on this site. Took my money VERY quickly but have ghosted me on email. What the heck🤷🏼‍♀️. Don't even go there!

I have never received any response from…
I have never received any response from the company after getting an email saying that they received my order. It’s been over a month and now I’m out the money and nothing to show for it. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! It’s a scam!!
